Claimant in this workmen's compensation case was injured in an industrial accident on May 12, 1969, when a log rolled over him causing serious injury to his back. The Closing and Evaluation Division awarded him 64 degrees for unscheduled disability to the low back and 108 degrees for permanent loss of wage earning capacity, for a total of 172 degrees for unscheduled disability.
