Using fictitious names, they have brought the somewhat unusual form of action which is now before the court on their motion for the convening of a three-judge court. The "omnibus complaint," as the United States Attorney suitably styles it, names as defendants five federal officials—the Secretary of Labor, the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, the Chairman of the N.L.R...
