ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Relator was charged on December 16, 1969 by information with the crime of murder in the first degree alleged to have been committed some five years prior to the filing of the action. Relator was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment. On appeal this Court reversed the judgment and ordered a new trial on February 24, 1972, State v. Warwick, 494 P.2d 627.
