This is an appeal by Hal Millsap, Jr. and Frances Millsap, his wife, from a decree of the Benton County Chancery Court wherein, upon petition of United Telephone Company of Arkansas, the Millsaps were restrained and enjoined from interfering with the construction of a telephone line along the right-of-way of North Dogwood Street in the City of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and the counter petition of the Millsaps for damages was dismissed.
