This is a civil action brought pursuant to the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983 et seq. Jurisdiction of this court is invoked pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. § 1343. Plaintiffs, who are female students in the Boston public school system, seek permanent injunctive and declaratory relief against respondents, the members of the Boston School Committee, the Superintendent of Schools, the Headmaster of Boston Latin School...
