ZENOFF, Chief Justice.

This appeal deals solely with the crossclaim of appellant against respondent, both of whom were at one time codefendants in a suit brought by Taylor-Jett, Sacramento, Inc. The parties were before this court on a prior occasion in Lagrange Constr. v. Kent Corp., 83 Nev. 277, 429 P.2d 58 (1967), wherein we remanded the case for additional proceedings.
