OPINION

DOUGLAS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for murder. The jury assessed the punishment at fifteen years.

The sufficiency of the evidence is challenged and it is contended that hearsay evidence was improperly introduced.

The record reflects that Leonard James Nicholson, the appellant, killed Willie T. Garrett by shooting him with a pistol. Kenneth Paul testified that he owned Poor Buddy's Cafe on Coleman Street in Dallas...
