ODOM, Judge.

This appeal is from a conviction for the offense of robbery by assault; punishment, thirty years.

The evidence shows that on the date in question the complaining witness, a Houston police officer, stopped an automobile in that city. The occupants of the automobile were Calvin Zuber, Evelda Miller (who was at that time the wife of the appellant) and the appellant. Zuber was the driver of the automobile.
