In this action the United States of America seeks injunctive relief against the above-named defendants Alvin Gilman (hereinafter "Gilman") and Mitchell Eisen (hereinafter "Eisen"), doing business as Gilman-Eisen Co., for alleged violations of Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 (82 Stat. 81), 42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq.
