This is an appeal by Jimmy Ortiz, defendant below, from a judgment permanently enjoining him from violating a restrictive covenant prohibiting the use of his property for other than residential purposes. The attempt by plaintiff, Euell Jeter, to terminate existing violations of the restriction by three other defendants, Victor Lange and Mr. and Mrs. E. D.
