OPINION

ROBERTS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for assault with intent to rape. Trial was before a jury, which assessed punishment at confinement for 45 years.

Appellant raises five grounds of error. In his first ground of error, he contends that the trial court improperly permitted the State to ask a defense witness, Dr. Bublis, a psychiatrist, several "have you heard" questions at the punishment...
