This is an appeal from an order of the County Court at Law No. 1 of Dallas County, dismissing a pending action for want of jurisdiction.

Regal Properties filed this suit on January 8, 1971 alleging that on June 20, 1970 it had, as lessor, entered into a written lease agreement with L. L. Donovitz, as lessee, whereby lessee agreed to pay the sum of $180 per month rental on an apartment. The lease was for a term of twelve months...
