This cause came on to be heard upon the verified petition filed by Raymond J. Compton, Regional Director of the 24th Region of the National Labor Relations Board (hereinafter called the Board), on March 16, 1972, seeking a temporary injunction pursuant to Section 10(j) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended.1
