Appellant Dermott Tractor Company was awarded a personal judgment against one of the nine appellees, Preston Simmons; however, the chancellor denied appellant's prayer for foreclosure against Preston Simmons's alleged undivided interest in heir property. Preston's eight brothers and sisters were made parties because it was alleged that they also had an interest in the land.
