The appellant, convicted of refusing to submit to induction into the Armed Forces in violation of Section 462, 50 U. S.C.App., registered with the Selective Service System in November, 1964, upon attaining eighteen years of age. Until June, 1970, he was classified 2-S and enjoyed a student deferment.
