This is a suit on a contract between Martin Gage and wife, Ossie Gage, and Guy Wimberley and wife, Bonnie Wimberley. The Gages were parents of Bonnie Wimberley. The contract pertained to the Wimberleys moving in with the Gages and operating the Gages' dairy and caring for the Gages and the deeding of 50 acres of land by the Gages to the Wimberleys.
