Appellant was arrested on November 25, 1970 and charged with carrying a pistol without a license.1 The arrest was made by two Metropolitan Police officers responding to a radio lookout in connection with the robbery of a carryout which occurred some three blocks from where appellant was arrested and 26 minutes prior to the arrest.2 When appellant was approached by the police officers...
