Plaintiff-appellant's son, aged 17 years, was fatally injured while riding as a guest in an automobile owned and driven by defendant-appellee, aged 19 years. The car left the road and turned over while defendant was attempting to steer it through an S-curve on State Road 56 in Switzerland County, Indiana, approximately two to three miles north of Vevay.
