The appellant, John Woods, along with Michael Woods, Albert Miller, John Miller and William Mills, was jointly indicted on four separate charges of storehouse breaking, three of which were supposed to have taken place in Pleasureville, Kentucky. The fourth charge was for breaking and entering a store building belonging to Malcolm James located in Campbellsburg, Kentucky.
