Troy Acuff was charged with assault with intent to kill Kenny Bowen. On trial, Acuff was found guilty and his punishment fixed at eighteen months imprisonment in the Arkansas Department of Correction. From the judgment entered in accord with the verdict, appellant brings this appeal. For reversal, it is simply contended that the court should have directed a verdict of not guilty, and the question therefore is whether there was substantial evidence...
