This is a summary judgment case. The suit is for damages for an alleged breach of a real estate contract brought by the appellant, Clarence Huginnie, against the appellees, Dr. R. D. Loyd and Martha Baldwin, arising out of a real estate contract allegedly entered into between the appellant and the appellee Baldwin, allegedly acting as the agent of the appellee Loyd.
