The railroad and its locomotive engineer appeal from an adverse judgment based upon a jury verdict. Plaintiff's decedent was operating a pulpwood truck south upon State Highway 87 near Bleakwood in Newton County when his vehicle was in a collision with an eastbound Santa Fe train.
