A truck loaded with 600 cases of beer overturned in an accident in the city of Hazard. The driver was arrested on a charge of unlicensed transportation of malt beverages, KRS 243.020, 243.990, and the truck and cargo were impounded by a field agent of the Kentucky Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
