This appeal is from a judgment of contempt and order of confinement entered January 3, 1972, by the district court under 28 U.S.C. § 1826.1 This Court vacated the judgment by an abbreviated order dated February 3, 1972, but we stated that we would file an opinion at a later date explaining the reasons for our order.2
