Pursuant to request by certain of the defendants, the within case came on for further hearing (April 13, 1972) on the preliminary injunction previously issued by this court. Upon application of plaintiff, one of the defendants, Cosby Corporation, was dismissed. The case being at issue, pursuant to R.
