SAFEWAY STORES, INC. v. WADDY

No. 5-6086.

486 S.W.2d 683 (1972)

SAFEWAY STORES, INC., Appellant, v. Worthie WADDY, Appellee.

Supreme Court of Arkansas.

November 27, 1972.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Gannaway, Darrow & Henshaw, Little Rock, for appellant.

Martin, Dodds, Kidd, Hendricks & Ryan, Little Rock, for appellee.

GEORGE ROSE SMITH, Justice.

The appellant's only contention for reversal is that the trial judge should have directed a verdict in its favor.

The case is quite similar to J. Weingarten, Inc., v. Thompson, 251 Ark. ___,
