This is an appeal by defendant Insurance Company from a judgment for plaintiff beneficiary, in a suit on a life insurance policy. Such judgment was rendered for plaintiff after the trial court overruled defendant's motion for instructed verdict; and sustained plaintiff's motion to withdraw case from jury and enter judgment for plaintiff.
