This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court wherein certain property was ordered distributed to Respondent Virginia S. Andrews as the executrix of the estate of Julius Elbridge Smith, Jr. The judgment enforced the terms of the decree of final settlement and distribution of the estate of Julius Elbridge Smith (the senior), which had been previously entered by the same court.
