Plaintiff-appellant, hereinafter plaintiff, takes this appeal from the District Court's denial of a petition to compel arbitration under the provisions of 9 U.S. C. § 4 and 29 U.S.C. § 185(a). The petition was filed by the plaintiff on behalf of Emily Jo Mathews, an employee of the Detroit Playboy Club.
