OPINION

ZENOFF, Chief Justice:

Fritz Von Geldern, while manager of respondent bank, requested Ansel Casentini to borrow $1,500 from the bank, which Von Geldern would approve as manager, and persuaded Casentini to turn the money over to him, Von Geldern, as a personal accommodation. Casentini signed a promissory note for $1,500 to the bank, received the money and gave it to Von Geldern who subsequently was discharged by the bank. See Unruh v. Nevada National...
