This is an appeal from an order revoking probation. On May 20, 1970, the appellant entered a plea of guilty to the indictment charging the offense of theft over $50, and his punishment was assessed at confinement in the Department of Corrections for five (5) years, and it was further ordered that he be placed upon probation upon certain conditions, one of which was that he commit no offense against the laws of the State or any other...
