Appellants were convicted of havingviolated 21 U.S.C. §§ 173 and 174 (1964)1 in that they did unlawfully, wilfully and knowingly conspire to bring cocaine into the United States and to receive, conceal, buy, and facilitate the transportation, concealment and sale of the cocaine so brought into the country knowing that the cocaine had been unlawfully imported.
