This diversity suit, 28 U.S.C. § 1331, was brought by the Plaintiff to recover damages for the wrongful breach of an employment contract. The Defendant filed a motion for summary judgment, based upon its contention that under applicable Mexican law Plaintiff's cause of action was barred by limitation.
