This case grew out of a collision which occurred on February 24, 1968, near the intersection Indiana Route 149 and Indiana Route 130 in Porter County, Indiana. The Plaintiff-Appellant, Orville E. Farmer, alleges in his complaint that an object fell from a truck owned by the Defendant-Appellee, Werner Transportation Company, and that his truck struck an object which had fallen from the truck of the Defendant-Appellee.
