This case comes to us on petition of the National Labor Relations Board to enforce an order to bargain. The Board found that the International Equipment Company, subsidiary of Damon Corporation, had violated § 8(a) (1) and (5) of the National Labor Relations Act1 by refusing to bargain with the certified representative of its employees.2 The Company has admittedly refused to bargain...
