This appeal, from the District Court of Oklahoma County, involves matters of evidence in the jury trial of a condemnation proceeding brought by the City of Oklahoma City. The jury's verdict was for less than the amount of the commissioners' award, which had been deposited with the court clerk of the city and withdrawn by the landowners.
