This appeal is from the decision of the Board of Appeals affirming the rejection of claims 1, 2, 5, 6, and 9-17, all of the claims remaining in appellants' application,1 as unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103. The board also sustained the examiner's rejection of claims 16 and 17 under 35 U.S.C. § 112. Although appellants assigned error in the board's affirmance of the latter rejection, they do not press the issue...
