This is an appeal from the district court's order dismissing a complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction over the defendants and for failure to join an indispensable party. The plaintiff, appellant here, is an advertising consultant. The principal defendants are Erwin-Wasey, Inc., an advertising agency, and Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc., Erwin-Wasey's parent corporation.
