YEAGLEY, Associate Judge:

These consolidated appeals raise the constitutional issue of whether juveniles who by virtue of alleged misconduct are charged under the D.C.Code with acts that would constitute crimes if committed by an adult, and are thereafter transferred to the Family Division as juveniles pursuant to D.C.Code 1967, § 16-2302 (Supp. IV, 1971), may be denied a jury trial by authority of an act of the Congress of the United States.
