MASTERSON, District Judge.

The sole issue before us is quite simple: whether New Jersey or Pennsylvania law applies to the issue of intra-spousal contribution. On May 26, 1969, plaintiffs Rose and Matthew Zurzola sustained personal injuries as a result of a collision with a motor vehicle driven by defendant, Jack Mutchnick. The accident occurred at the intersection of Roosevelt Boulevard and Harbison Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania...
