This appeal is from a decree in a case involving the dissolution of B-D Development Company (hereinafter referred to as B-D), a partnership composed of Richard Hail Brown and Joseph A. Bateh.

On March 7, 1968, Brown filed a bill in equity against Bateh seeking to dissolve the B-D partnership. The bill alleged that B-D was an equal partnership between the parties, which owned several separate parcels of real property, subject to certain mortgages...
