LANGDON, Justice.

This is a suit on a products liability insurance policy. The appellant, Parker, manufactures candy flavoring mixes. A customer made a claim against Parker, based on the latter's defective products. Parker notified Gulf Insurance and requested it to handle the claim. Gulf Insurance denied coverage.
