Appellee, W. R. Reeves (plaintiff below), filed suit under The Federal Employers Liability Act against his employer, appellant of Georgia Railway Company (defendant below), seeking damages for injuries arising out of the derailment of one of appellant's trains at Griffin, Georgia. There was a jury verdict and judgment for appellee for $50,000. Appeal is from this judgment and the overruling of motion for a new trial.
