The appellant was convicted of three counts: (1) first degree burglary, (2) commission of a felony while armed with a deadly weapon, to-wit: rape, (3) commission of a felony while armed with a deadly weapon, to-wit: robbery in the Criminal Court of Marion County by the Honorable John T.
