The action was brought below by plaintiff-appellant (Malo) against defendant-appellee (Bowlers) to foreclose a mechanics lien. The lien was filed after Bowlers allegedly failed to pay Malo for architectural services rendered in connection with the erection of a bowling, recreation and restaurant facility.
