This is an appeal from a conviction for carrying a pistol without a license in violation of D.C.Code 1967, § 22-3204. The trial court heard and denied appellant's motion to suppress as evidence a pistol recovered from appellant's automobile. Trial was held without a jury resulting in appellant's conviction and sentence to 30 days in jail and a fine of $50.
