This is an appeal by Larry Slettvet, appellant (defendant below), from a conviction for possession of dangerous drugs. Appellant was charged by indictment returned on March 9, 1971, and May 3, 1971, trial by jury commenced. On May 5, 1971, the jury returned a verdict of guilty and appellant was fined one hundred dollars ($100.00) and sentenced to one hundred twenty (120) days on the State Farm. Appellant filed a Motion to Correct Errors on July 13...
