Complainant appeals from an adverse decree in a suit wherein he sought to establish and enforce a resulting trust or a constructive trust in a parcel of land.

Complainant avers that in September, 1970, he inquired of an attorney as to available sites in Center Point on which to build a shopping center; that complainant determined that he desired to acquire land near a certain intersection; and that the land was in three parcels owned separately...
