In these motions the State moves to dismiss claimant's claim for false arrest, false imprisonment, and malicious prosecution. The claimant opposes the motion and cross-moves for an order denying the motion to dismiss or, in the alternative permitting late filing of the claim pursuant to section 10 (subd. 5) of the Court of Claims Act.
