On April 10, 1970 the Administrative Hearing Commissioner, after full hearing, suspended the license of appellant Small to practice optometry for a period of eleven months commencing May 1, 1970. His appeal to the Superior Court was denied but the suspension was stayed pending his appeal to this Court.
